Sophie Jungkvist is a textile designer and weaver from Stockholm who lives in Borås, the textile center of Sweden. She is particularly interested in exploring the boundaries of woven structures and weaves. Her MA thesis Woven Change, Shifting Expressions was the winning entry in the Swedish design competition Ung Svensk Form and the German design council One&Twenty.

Sophie Jungkvist was invited to take part in the MK&G messe 2023 as a YOUNG TALENT.
