Konrad Koppold's vessel sculptures combine a clear formal language with the individual nature of the wood used. He prefers to use fresh, regional oak wood for his works, which he either works freely as a sculptor or turns on various axes. The individual pieces created in this way reveal the strength and beauty of the grown annual rings of the wood not only visually and haptically, but also touch the viewer creatively and emotionally.
