We are looking forward to an exciting programme of exhibitors at MK&G messe 2022. For more info please click...

From 23 to 27 November 2022, the MK&G messe will present the latest trends in contemporary craft, including both up-and-coming and well-known positions, international tendencies and fresh perspectives from many disciplines ...

Leonie Burkhardt is part of the YOUNG TALENTS of MK&G messe 2022. She creates fully-woven textile sculptures showcasing the multitude of form expressions.

Hiroyuki Murase's collection comes from the Japanese shibori craft used to make kimonos.

Jamila Wallentin deals with the origin of forms in her textile designs. Her work, presented as part of YOUNG TALENTS, is characterized by an intuitive and experimental relationship with the material itself.

The MK&G messe 2022 will be accompanied by a large solo exhibition: the renowned ceramist Young-Jae Lee will present her work.

As one of the YOUNG TALENTS, textile designer Emma Terweduwe from Belgium will show her colorful pieces. By making textiles that are meant to stimulate our sense of touch, she offers a critique on our fast-paced and visually driven society.

Rosa Gies will exhibit her work at MK&G messe 2022, in which she uses traditional weaving techniques.

2021 Cécile Feilchenfeldt from Paris was awarded the Justus Brinckmann Prize.

From the younger positions, the jury selected the Justus Brinckmann New Generation Prize winner 2021 Gina Nadine Müller.
